House Calls & On-Site Assisted Living Visits

When patients are unable to come to the office, house calls can be arranged on an individual basis. I also visit patients at local assisted living facilities. I am the Concierge Physician affiliated with Oakmont of San Jose/ Thornton Avenue.

Timely Office visits

Patients can see me within one business day, and usually on the same day. Patients start in our ‘No wait’ waiting area, and are escorted to the exam room in a timely manner.

Coordination of Care and Advocacy

As healthcare consolidates into larger and more bureaucratic entities, the traditional primary care physician role of care coordinator is more crucial than ever.

Caring for Family and Friends

Household family members are welcome to join my practice (ages 13 and up). I collaborate with the pediatricians of younger patients.

Should a visiting family member or friend become ill during her or his visit to our area, I will be happy to see them in my office and provide quality medical care as though she or he were a member of my practice.

Extended Office hours

Office visits are best scheduled when the full complement of staff, services, and consultants are available. However, at times we will accommodate office visits after hours for urgent requests.

A Strong Focus on Long Term Health and Wellness

My practice focuses on prevention and wellness, not just taking care of you when you are ill. I recognize that for those who truly value their health, having a physician as an advocate is the ideal doctor-patient relationship. You will receive an annual Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation, which will be the cornerstone of your personalized wellness plan, created to keep you feeling your best. I will provide you with relevant educational information that will help you understand your role in this partnership.
